TOGETHER has an AI assistant that can handle any requests to two "chatbots" from AI providers Aleph Alpha (German) and OpenAI (American). In meeting contexts, you can get answers to questions, but also improve the quality of your protocols and extract to-dos.

The most important menu commands in detail:

  1. CONTINUE TEXT: When you enter something, that input is sent to the AI system and executed. So you can do everything that such a chatbot does:
    1. Formulate searches like "When was John F. Kennedy born?"
    2. Have it create to-do lists: "Create a checklist for an event for me."
    3. Perform calculations like "5*134=" - but don´t believe the result, this kind of AI only estimates the result ;-)
    4. There are no limits to your imagination.
  2. IMPROVE TEXT: The text is linguistically improved, making it sound better in many cases.
  3. CREATE TODO LIST: From the line "I need 4 rolls of paper, 2 cans of peas, and it would be nice to have 4 horses too," the AI assistant will create a to-do list.
  4. CREATE SUMMARY: Generates a concise and condensed version of a longer piece of content.
  5. CREATE KEYWORDS: Finds the most appropriate and effective keywords for a specific purpose or objective.
  6. CORRECT TEXT: Often, notes are typed quickly and can contain errors. Our AI turns them into complete and often error-free sentences, giving you a transcript that is not embarrassing.
