With these functions, moderators can vote on and provide explanations for text board content, both for themselves and others. This allows for effective documentation, which has an impact on the process leading up to the documentation:
Voting:
Multiple individuals (at least two) should express their opinion on a text board content. Each user has one vote. At the end of the voting, the votes are counted.
Example: “I vote NO / YES / ABSTAIN”
Explanations:
At least one person should provide an explanation, such as their agreement or a statement (e.g. data privacy consent, client agreement, NDA, WpHG declaration).
Example: “I declare that I have read and understood these provisions / I agree.”
Since both functions operate in a similar manner, we have combined them.

In the content panel, you can select "LEGAL DOCs" at the top. These are templates for contracts and declarations of intent. Currently, we only have the NDA, but more will be added such as consulting, coaching, etc.
